ZAV 10 error...

I constantly have an error when trying to use ZAV 10.0 to create apps. It spits out an "The snapshot could not be completed because: Invalid path" error. I have installed ZAV 10 on a few different machines, XP & 7, both sadly with the same error. Does anyone have any ideas what this is or how to fix it?
