11.1 to 11.2.3a

We are nearing the point of upgrading all the way from our current ZCM 11.1.0.11233 to the future release of 11.2.3a. We've not done any upgrading and are looking for advice and/or gotcha's we can expect in preparing for/performing the upgrade.
