ZCM 11.2.2 Locations tab question

Hi all,

I recently upgraded from ZCM 10.3.2 to 11.2.2 and in 10.3.2 I used Closest server rules. In 11.2.2 I see there is a new tab "Locations", and it looks like you can do the same thing in there that you can do with closest server rules. My question is in 11.2.2 which is better to use to assign the proper servers to the managed workstations, Closest Server Rules or the Locations tab settings? Also is there a difference between the two or do they do the same thing? I didn't know if they were different or just 2 ways to do the same thing.
