Users unable to install printer

The last few days we get some reports that our users aren't able to install printers using iPrint.

The receive the following error (translated from Dutch):

Novell iPrint:

Error message: The proces does not have acces to the file because it is in use by another proces
Error Group: Windows
Error code: 32

Then there is an OK button they can push.
But the printer isn't installed.

I have been searching for a solution, but I wasn't able to find the specific error code.

Does anyone know how to solve this error ?

OS used: Windows XP SP3
Novell iPrint Client version: v05.20.00
