ZCM 11.2.2 MU2 fix for Missing files

Have zcm11.2.2 MU2 installed on primary server. The system updates "Update for ZENworks (11 SP2) ", "Update for ZENworks 11 SP2 (11.2.2)", "Monthly Update 2 for ZENworks 11 SP2 (11.2.2)" are in ready status, no updates been deployed to managed devices only the primary server was updated so far.

Followed the instructions to apply the missing files patch - "ZCM 11.2.2 MU2 fix for Missing files in ZCM agent cache - see TID 7011416 and TID 7011381".

zman supf "Update for ZENworks 11 SP2 (11.2.2)" ZCM_11.2.2_MU2-20130311_804028.zip completed successfully according to the system message center. The two files novell-zenworks-primary-agent-11.2.2.19947.msi & novell-zenworks-zencore-agent-11.2.2.19947.msi were correctly added to /var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/system-update/5011020200fc50000000002012110609/msi but they did not get copied into /opt/novell/zenworks/install/downloads/msi/

zman surp "Monthly Update 2 for ZENworks 11 SP2 (11.2.2)" rebuilt the deployment packs but the updated msi files have not been incorporated.

Did I miss a step somewhere?
