I'm not sure if this is a client issue but I thought I would start here. We are seeing our users email disappearing after a few days out of the sent items folder. They seem to be emails that have been sent with an attachment, the others are still there. I know we wouldn't want to keep these forever but it would be nice to keep them for several months. We have told our users to move them out of the sent items folder, but that doesn't seem to stop them from disappearing. Any ideas if this is a feature and if it can be manipulated. We have tried all the the environment settings within the client but still no joy. Any help you folks could give us would be great. Thanks in Advance.
