DAU no reporting to ZPM?

I updated to ZCM 11.2.3 and reset the ZPM process to resolve a few long existing issues with my ZPM setup. After letting the server reset and set the process up I am not getting a good deploy of the DAU or the ZPM server is not getting the resulting information. The Patch list for the server seems to be on the server but in a Not Applicable state since no patch machine is listing required patches to the server. I have attempted to run the DAU and zac ps. They run, rather quickly, and show successful yet no patches show up for said devices. Do I need to delete the Servers DAU and reun the ZPM Update to get this moving in the right direction?
