When attempting to multicast to Dell OptiPlex 790 workstations, the client disconnects less than a second after it finds the master, with the error message "Could not get local MAC address". A 790 can be a master, but not a client. ifconfig on a 790 yields this:

Has anyone else seen this problem? Is there a solution?
