I have a web based application that uses Microsoft sliverlight and thus far it has been hit and miss being able to see that application running on the screen when remoting to a user's computer. I am not sure what is going on, but it seems that I am starting to get more black windows more often. We installed vnc version 4.1.3.0 on a user computer and we did not have any display issues of seeing the silverlight based application running on the user's computer. Does anyone have any ideas about this problem? Currently running ZCM 11.0 CAP2a with patch 201110228_667061. One some note: We had this problem before when was running 10.3, but once we upgrade to 11.0 that solved the problem, but the problem has popped backup in the past month.
