Netware 6.5 - NICI CCS: FATAL - Initialization error

Hi,

We are having a Netware 6.5 server with roles as backup/certificate server. It is configured with Arcserver backup software for taking backup of our Novell Groupwise email system data. The complete OS is installed on local drives with hardware raid5.
We configured some new volumes on this server from our SAN Storgae (connected through fiber channel) for backup purpose. Everything was fine till then.

We then removed these configured SAN volumes/partitions from this server and also from SAN. Then configured new volume on SAN storage and assigned it to this server. Since the new volume was not visible, we restarted the server and since then we are getting below error.

NICI CCS: Fatal - Initialization error.
Controlled Cryptography Services are not available. Setting _admin volume's ID.

As seen on the System Console, the last status is -
Processing stage 5 loading of nlms
Loading Module POLIMGR.NLM - [OK]

The admin volume is up but the SYS volume is not coming up.

Can someone guide for the solution ?
