Vibe - Custom Form and Tracking Changes Within

Here is the scenario:

You have a custom form that is used within a workflow. Each State that the form moves through collect new information from the individuals that make updates within the form. For several States, approvers may see the form a couple of times. Is there a way to identify/outline the updates that were made to the forms contents that would be visiable to the reviewer? The idea here is to quickly identify to the reviewer what has changed.

If anyone has any thoughts on this any input would be appriciated.
