Missing Nav Bar on iPads

Hi,

Installed GW Webacc 2012 with no issues and while playing around with it. In trying to figure out how to to open up some docs in shared folders and failing I had to go to Help to get instructions on how to accomplish this and it mentioned a Nav Bar. I don't have a Nav Bar on the iPad (which is why I couldn't figure out how to open up docs).

Anyone know how to check if I have all the templates loaded correctly for iPads? ... or what to do to get the Nav Bar up and running?
