mysterious user

hello everyone,

since I updated to 1.2.5 I have something that I would like to call an abandoned user. I can see the user in the gw connector but not in mobility. if I want to add the user DS tells me that there is a duplicate entry. how do I delete the user from the gw connector if it's not showing up in places where I'm allowed to delete users? anyone seen this before?
