BB Z10 sends empty email

Hi,

Just added a new BBz10 to the datasync server and any email I send out from it to shows up blank/empty on the recipient side. Is there a quick and dirty fix for this?

we have Novell Data Synchronizer Version: 1.2.4 Build: 966
