what different LDAP/Exchange server between user/corporate?

HI
I use AD and Exchange 2007 Sp1 as LDAP / ActiveSync Servers, but I also find another the same LDAP/Exchange server setting on iOS Corporate Resources. I do know what different between them ??
Who could kindly provide a example for me to explain it ??
