Question about Cloud-Services, Encryption + Deltacopys

Hi,
I have read, Fileservices offers Storage-Archiving in the Cloud (Amazon S3, Box, CloudMe,Dropbox).
my Question: are this files encrypted on this remote store or is only the transver encrypted ?
Can I make a delta copy , like rsync to a cloud store ?
