Signature disappears

Have a couple of users that are using GroupWise 2012 SP1, have always had their signature prompt before adding, today their signature is gone. I can create a new signature, but prompt before adding does NOT work, must choose Always add. New Signature I create also loses all formatting. Tried running GWCHECK on these users but didn't make any difference.
