Licensed Patch Management says "trial expired"

Our license for ZPM is good until June 30, 2013. We haven't used it yet. Under "Product Licensing" it read "deactivated." I entered the wrong key followed by the correct one. "Deactivated" changed to "Active." However, when I go to use patch management and select "New," I get the following error:

"Your 60-day trial of ZENworks Patch Managament has expired, all features of this product are now disabled. To purchase licenses, and re-enable the product, please contact your authorised Novell Sales Partner or go to Novell ZENworks 11."

Do I actually need to call our sales rep., or is this some I can resolve myself?
