Cannot Create/Login to iFolder (Client)

iFolder 3.9 and (3.9?) client. When initial install of client is done and you enter the ifolder address, i get "an error occurred when connecting to the ifolder server. Try again later". When i look in the access logs, i see:

There is nothing in regards to this in the error log. Does ifolder have other logs i should be looking at?
Why do the logs say /simias10/* when the address is /ifolder? I gues that would answer why the webUI works but not the client.
