ndsconfig failed to upgrade and start eDirectory

Environment:
- 3 servers: SLES 10 (sp2) + OES2(sp2) x 2 + Netware 6.5 (sp4) x 1

I'm trying to add a new server (SLES 11sp1+OES11) to the existing environment. Error appears when installing OES 11 and installation aborted (see screen capture)

I have only some knowledge on OES. Would someone out there please instruct me on debugging the issue.

P.S.: CA has been renewed, expiring 2019. BTW, what's SAS used for?
