Mail from another server

Hi,

We have Red Hat server that archives television shows that we air. It runs a program that monitors the archive for "issues."
The program can be configured to email alerts. Pretty simple to set up. Type in the email server, email account and email password.
In the email server field I put the server's IP address. I used my email address and my password. Email is not coming to me though - there is a test button to test.

Before I trouble shoot the RH server, is there anything that I should look at in my GW environment. We disabled relaying in the GWIA, but I put an exception in for this server.
