RCM and local firewall on W7 - issue

Hello from Paris,

Release 11.2.2

We install W7 and ZEN agent on devices,.
The installation is done without network.

In this case, the rule in the local firewall is only on the public network.
When the device is installed to user, it is connected to enterprise network.
the network environement switch to private network.

but the firewall stay with the rule on public network defined during the installation, in this case it is not possible to use Remote controle management.

Why the agent do not change the rule, or initiate the rule for both private and public network ?
Do it exist a command in the ZEN agent environnement to force the local firewall to open the good port , and make the RMC working ?
