"Enable Session Stickiness" not being set by default

In NAM 3.1 SP4 and all prior versions of the LAG appliance clusters, a new Proxy Service would automatically check the box for "Enable Session Stickiness."

However, on a new MAG-only appliance, this box is not being checked by default.

Please fix ASAP... for consistency with past releases, but also because this is the most likely scenario needed.
