Agent Coexistence ZDM 7 / ZCM (ZPM , ZAM)

Hi List,
The documentation of ZCM11.2 []Novell Documentation
mention “The ZENworks 11 SP2 Adaptive Agent can coexist with the ZDM 7 Agent if Asset Management or Patch Management is the only ZENworks Adaptive Agent feature installed on the device”

Question 1) Is it an exclusive “or” statement or may I install : Asset Management “and” Patch Management?

Question 2) how can I install/build ZCM adaptive agent with only those feature(ZAM and ZPM)?
