I have a user that has a Windows 7.5 phone that in the past regularly used the WebAccess basic interface to sign into GroupWise and check his email. He does not want to use datasync, but since upgrading to 2012 SP1 when he tries to log into WebAccess he is only presented with the normal desktop interface which does not work correctly on his phone. We've changed the mobile IE manager and toggled between both Mobile and Desktop versions and on the login screen for WebAccess we check the box to use the basic interface but we still get the normal desktop style 2012 interface. I can connect to the interface with my Android phone and I get the basic style interface immediately at the login screen. Is there anything that I can do to get the basic interface to appear on this user's phone? Thanks!
