SMS Debug not producing relevant logs

Hi,

In one of the incidents some files are restored as 0 bytes, to debug this I enabled SMS debug using command:
smsconfig -l tsafs --smsDebug=fffffffc --smsDebug2=fffffffc
but the logs that are produced by this does not contain any valuable information. I am on OES11 SP1. In past when I used this, I would see lot of valuable logs like :

F3263B70:OpenDataSetForRestore and many more.

What am I missing?
