Problems importing Address from other application

we want to export our address from our ERP-System and import them in a groupwise address book.

I have show a example of export from a address book and i have programming my own application and i have respect the import schema.
i create a export-file with name email.nab
The import in Groupwise works for any address, but a many address are rejected and i don't know the cause.
is it the german specials characters?
Who can help us?
