"Loading Driver Configuration"

I have come across the well document error where you get stuck at "Loading Driver Profile" when trying to configure one. I am trying to create profiles for HP printers, both 64 and 32bit.. using the latest UPD (successfully uploaded).

I am using the latest iPrint client 5.86, and have installed the Microsoft Hotfixes KB2511290

I have tried this on 2 separate machines and am unable to create profiles on either. In both instances, the hiddenPA-iprint device is appearing, but I have hit a brick wall.

I have made sure all old version of the HP UPD have been deleted.

Any advice is welcome
