Is there a document root ?

When one types the url https://<domain_of_vibe_server> one gets to the Vibe start page.

Temporarly I have to put a text file to my Vibe server, which should be reached by http(s)://<domain_of_vibe_server>/test.txt.
So my quetsion is: Is there a kind of document root, where I can do this?

(And not get a 404 error by Apache/Tomcat.)

(Reason is in connection with buying a certificate.)
