Virtual Netware boot error

Hello everyone,

Today my virtual Netware stopped booting.
I narrowed the problem down to the boot partition, because the boot screen only showed a blinking cursor.
When I entered a bootable cd and selected it as boot disc, the virtual machine booted.
Now the solution is to for example run chkdsk on the boot partition.
But how can I get to run this ?
If I shutdown Netware, The machine shuts down too.
And if I boot with the cd, I can only choose to boot Netware....
Any tips or ideas ?
