Hide Folder List

Help!

I selected "Hide Folder List", and now the folder list is globally hidden for ALL items (Mail, Sent, Cabinet, etc).

I have been able to unhide the folder list, but only individually from each item.

Am I missing a way to propagate the "Unhide" to sub-items?
