Server Update Stuck on Cancelling

We have two ZCM 11.2 primary servers. Running an external Sybase database server. Right now we have the "Agent update 1 for ZENworks 11.1 Sept 16, 2011" stuck in a cancelling state. It has been like this for months. I've found these two links/documents, but neither one helps me because the folder/guid does NOT exist under /var/opt/novell/zenworks/content-repo/system-update. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?
