Last Load Date report is not accurate

I started running some reports today so we can identify which machines have not recently checked in with ZCM. However, it does not appear to be accurate at all, and I can't figure out why.

For example, I ran a report today for one of our sites that has 266 workstations. Only 6 showed up in the report with a Last Load Date of today, even though I can look down through the list of devices in ZCC and see well over 100 that made Last Contact this morning.

I decided to look at a single machine as an example. In ZCC, the workstation I chose shows Last Contact was at 8:56 AM today, Jan. 14, 2013. The Last Full Refresh was on Dec. 14, 2012. However, when I run a report based on the Last Load Date, Last Scan Date and Date Last Modified, all three of these fields show a date of Nov. 16, 2012 for this same device.

I then looked at another device that has the most current agent installed on it (11.2.2.16219 Monthly Update 2), just to make sure it isn't a problem with the workstation agent version. This machine had a Last Full Refresh at 7:37 AM today and Last Contact at 9:37 AM today. However, in the report I described above, all three fields show a date one full week ago, January 7.

I am totally at a loss here. What is going on? Any ideas?
