XP Getting unsupported OS version error

Hi Guys, I'm trying to register a windows XP SP3 client that keeps failing. The avent is version 11.2.0.16117. It's only one of 3,000 machines but it would be one that's a pain to image... I've tried reinstalling it, and I used the clean up tool but neither helped out. Here is the error.

Unable to register with the server at: https://zen.tvusd.k12.ca.us.
Service Error. code: -21, message: Could not determine device type from <OS
tag: unsupported
