Bundle deployment on user logon Launch actions

Hi,

Creating a new post to get some better views.

Bundle has install action and launch action.
Assigned to Users
-distribution schedule = user logon
-launch schedule = user logon
Client = Windows XP SP3/11.2.2 MU1
Server = 2008R2 ZCM 11.2.2 MU1

The problem is that the first time a new user (no profile/dlu exists) login on the machine the bundle that launch "nalwin" will not run.
The install action works fine, but then nothing happened.
The second time the user logon (logoff/logon) everything is fine, and no exceptions are found in the zmd-messages.log on the client.
