PO Unexpectedly Quits

Hi,

I am running GW 8.0.3 on a virtual Win 2003 server. I am also running Console1 (1.3.6) on the same server. It seems every time I use Console1 to make a GW change the PO just quits.
I get the following error in the application event viewer:

Faulting application gwpoa.exe, version 8.0.3.21995, faulting module
gwenv1.dll, version 8.0.3.21995, fault address 0x003b46af

If I don't use Console1, the POA has no issues. As soon as I change anything GroupWise related in Console1, the POA quits.
I have the service set to restart on quit, but it's still an inconvenience.

Any help is appreciated.
