I have a hardware specific Windows 7 image that had the agent baked in, but I removed it. Cleanly, I thought.
When I apply the new image to a new PC it comes up fine. The tech changes the IP address and adds to domain. Everything is fine.
The tech installs the 11.2.1 agent, reboots, and lo and behold there is a new NetBIOS name and the TCP/IP settings has been changed to DHCP.
Worked with Novell and it APPEARED that the image still had ZIS information so I brought up the image ran the stand alone ZIS viewer, cleared the ZIS and sysprep'ed.
Still no luck.
Anybody else have this happen or knows why it happens?
