OES11 SP1 unable to configure dns service

Install and configure an OES11 SP1 with most services fails.

Required services:
- CIFS
- DNS
- DHCP
- iFolder
- iManager
- eDirectory
- LUM
- NCP Server
- NSS

The major problem is "novell-xregd".

novell-xregd[14480]: XTRegEng -RegInitialize- Open database failure, error = 0

No novell-xsrvd is intalled. No TID helps.
