Intranetware 4.1 in same tree as Netware 6.0

I have an installation that is running Intranetware 4.11 and am in the process of installing a server running Netware 6.0. The 6.0 server will become the main server, but I would like these servers to be able to exchange files (ie using ncopy, etc.).

What do I need to do in order to make this happen.
