Hi all,
Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction here as an SR is not an option for me.
Just some background first. We have a single primary server running on SLES 11 SP1 with an external Microsoft SQL 2008 database. The current ZCM version for the zone is 11.2.1. Since we don't require different network locations we just have the default ~unknown~ location setup in ZCC which is working fine for workstations.
As I've been in the process of trying to update our zone to 11.2.2 I've noticed a problem with our primary server.
The import of the update went OK, it becomes "Ready" in the ZCC and I go to deploy it to our primary server and it gets stuck on "Update Assigned," which tells me to refresh the agent on the device.
I do so, and have tried with both the ZCC "refresh server" action as well as zac ref bypasscache on the server itself. But the server never seems to successfully refresh. Its last contact date according to ZCC is November 7th, but the agent connection icon is green. Using the ZCC to "refresh server" it will either get stuck on "Connected" and never seem to finish no matter how long I leave it for or it errors out at "Connecting" saying it expired.
The output for zac cl and zac agp are as follows:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
hostname:~ # zac agp
