Reset - Forgotten questions / Email Notifications

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way for a user to modify his forgotten password recovery questions ? I looked in various config panel and found nothing about reseting users security questions...
I tried unassigning the policy to the user and re-assign it... but the answers keeps defined for this user...

Is deleting the user and creating a new one with the same name the only way ?

I would also like to know where can we configure the events that trigger email notification in iManager...
I would like users to be notified when they are running low on grace logins.

We use a few programs that are using LDAP authentication and it happens really often that the user password expire during the day and if the user logs on a few time on these LDAP softwares... it burn's all his grace logins...

So when they try to log in the next morning, they have to call the help desk because they didn't changed their password in-time.


Any idea ?
