2011 Guitar winners - Please read - Question!

I originally won a snowboard, and at the event, traded with someone who won a guitar.
When we received the guitar cases, they were handed out randomly, unbeknownst to us that the case pockets contained each guitar's serial number information from Gibson.

I wanted to find out if I may be able to switch and obtain the proper card for my guitar?

I don't have it on me, but will post later on tonight with the serial...
Any of you other 3 out there seeing this?
