Can someone let me know if the reason I can't download the package/vulnerabilty info from novell.patchlinksecure.net is because our version of patchlink is too old? Our server will be decomissioned in the next 6 months so I don't want to upgrade to 6.4 unless I really have to. I only rebuilt this server earlier this week as it had stopped working a while back and I've only just got round to addressing the issue. I've rebuilt it to our original installation docs, hence the old version.
If it is recommended that I do upgrade to 6.4, will the client machines require an updated client? Currently the client is a mixture of 6.2.2.181 & 6.4.2.245.
Anyway, my license subscription works every time but my packages and vulnerabilites always fail. My log file looks a bit like this:

I can telnet to the London server and it's also the address I get back when pinging novell.patchlinksecure.net. I've asked my firewall guy to open up the other US server ip addresses so I can test with those.
Any help, advice, and guidance welcome.
