iPrint Direct - Print Not available

Hi,

We are doing temporary migration from iPrint to Direct IP using iPrint Direct.
4/60 printers are showing "Not Available" after we converted to iPrint Direct. What could be reason and resolution ?

Note: when we moved back the printers to iPrint (remved tick from iPrint Direct), printers worked fine.

Please reply urgently/asap.
