rm - viewer - deploy over citrix

hi novell zcm users

is it possible to install the remote management / novell-rm-viewer for all users, not only for that user who is using it. i mean, we have a citrix environment and we want that peoples from support can use the remote management from novell-rm-viewer, but the .msi file install this viewer only for that user who is using it. is there an option in that .msi file do deploy this software for everyone?? thx for answering
