How to delete a device in the Connector Monitoring Mobility

Hello,

What is the best way when a user purchases a new device and wants to sync it with the system.

If the user configures the new device for sync and I want to delete the old device, nothing happens!

What I do :
a) Delete old device : I click the logo (cross in circle) in the Connector Monitoring: Monitor default.pipeline1.mobility
b) Message : The device will be removed from the Mobility connector. Are you sure you want to delete device? -> "Delete device"
c) Message : The device "androidc1636283924" was removed from the connector!
...
and
...
the old device is always visible in the Connector Monitoring: Monitor default.pipeline1.mobility!
