I found a computer in our managed zone that says it hadn't been contacted since Aug 14. When I booted the laptop to check it's Zenworks agent status it produces a popup dialog saying Zenworks PreAgent Status: starting. I checked the services and the only service listed for Zenworks is the Novell ZENworks Pre Agent. When I start the service it just stops again and the status popup dialog changes to State: Zen. I have tried to uninstall the agent by going to uninstall programs in Windows but Novell Zenworks is not listed so I tried using the clean up utility but it says Agent not found. I try to install Zenworks using the agent install and it say Agent already exists. How do I get this bad installation of 11.2.0 removed so I can install the 11.2.2 agent?
