IOS App could not install throu zenworksmobileapp

HI
I have problem when i try to install an iOS-App from zenworksmobileApp. I get the message "A request
has been sent to the Server for this app. Please wait", and nothing
occur....

I get the following error in the log when i try to install a app from Zenworksmobileapp.

When i look in the log i t looks like this.
