Assigning rights to Groups and Users in iManager?

Where is the "rights to files and folders" tab in iManager? We are trying to use only iManager now; however we keep having to go back to ConsoleOne for some things.

In iManager you can only create the group and add members. How do I give the group rights or check what rights the group has to certain folders (in iManager)?
