I have a Windows XPSP3 system that I performed an uninstall of the old ZCM agent, I also unregistered the system from the old zone, but when I try to update/install the newer ZCM11.2.2 agent (I recently updated my primary server with the newer agent) I receive the following error,
ZENworks Preagent error: Installation of CASA.msi failed.
I'm going to try again to remove the current software and using the clean up utility and try again, is there anything else that needs to be installed/upgraded before I run the agent installation once more?
